If you find that the Hub light is solid BLUE and occasionally blinking RED and not working this indicates a channel conflict. A channel conflict is possible if you have more than one Hub turned on simultaneously in the same area and both Hub's are on the same channel. To resolve this issue you will need to perform a factory reset on one Hub which will select a new channel at random for the Hub. After completing this process you will need to pair the bands to the reset Hub.
